Clorox® Total 360® System

Almont Community Schools has purchased three Clorox® Total 360® disinfecting systems to implement the Clorox Disinfecting Program for all buildings three evenings a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday). This process takes about two hours a school each night. The Clorox® Total 360® can also be used to disinfect locations during the day at any time (for example each school's sick room). These can also be used for athletics (mats, locker rooms, weight rooms).

Mask Exemption

Under Executive Order 2020-142 (or any succeeding order) and consistent with guidance from the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Almont Community Schools requires students to wear face coverings during some or all of the school day to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Parents can request that their children not be required to wear a face covering while at school because their child cannot medically tolerate wearing a face covering.
