A Behavior Specialist's role at Almont is all about the students. The administrative aspects of this position have been purposefully reduced so that they can spend the lion's share of their day working directly with our students. In this role, they will assist with student mental health and behavior concerns while providing positive behavioral, academic, and classroom support. Our Behavior Specialists will also consult with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding student needs as well as provide individual and group sessions.
